Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key tactical aspects of Business Line of Credit, Business Checking, and Business Savings strategic acquisition initiative planning, campaign analysis, and investment optimization.
  • Work cross-functionally to prepare and QA critical deliverables to the marketing leadership team, product, and finance stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing channel owners and analytics teams to surface data-driven recommendations to expand targeting, optimize campaigns, drive forward the R&O process, and prepare business cases for strategic initiatives.
  • Develop data-driven business cases to inform and expand acquisition strategy, channel mix, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support full funnel forecasting and strategic planning by evaluating investment tradeoffs based on cost-benefit analyses.
  • Partner with GCS Marketing Finance and GIO to guide marketing investment decisioning.
  • Incorporate campaign insights, competitive learnings, and macro trends into marketing channel strategy by collaborating with Analytics, Product Strategy, and Research teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, analytics, finance, product development, or management consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to conduct campaign analysis, manipulate data, and synthesize data into actionable findings.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to message effectively across levels and tailor complex messages to executive audiences.
  • Ability to break down complex problems simply and tell a story with data.
  • Experience developing reports from scratch to provide visibility into current trends and business snapshots.
  • Proven track record of supporting strategic initiatives, including developing business cases.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building financial and statistical models for forecasting and budget planning.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
