About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive analyses of marketing data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess their marketing requirements and deliver analytical insights.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, communicating results to key stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
  • Employ statistical techniques to refine marketing strategies and boost customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related discipline; a master's degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience building and implementing multi-touch attribution (MTA) models.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Snowflake, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Skilled in at least one BI/visualization tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and affiliate networks.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Background in eCommerce analytics, DTC.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, capable of conveying complex data clearly to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with eCommerce analytics and direct-to-consumer (DTC) models.
  • Experience with statistical techniques to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics and attribution modeling.
