Key Responsibilities

  • Use analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure flawless campaign execution to meet and exceed stated client objectives.
  • Direct bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting for paid social media campaigns.
  • Oversee budgets and flighting for all self-service platforms.
  • Manage rate tracking, benchmarking, planning costs, and overall budget for client accounts.
  • Forecast around audits and campaign analytics.
  • Assist the Manager and greater team with overall strategy and recommendations.
  • Serve as a mentor to Analysts and be available for ad hoc questions and training.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of paid social media experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience buying and planning across multiple platforms including Facebook, X, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, Yelp, Uber Eats, Doordash, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Experience working in a client-facing capacity.
  • Experience using paid media to complement earned media campaigns and meet business objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks.
  • Genuine interest in the digital media space and enjoys staying up-to-date on industry trends.

  • Experience with campaign analytics and budget management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to industry changes.
