Job Description

About the Role

As a Senior Associate Brand Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical support across all aspects of brand management, including marketing campaign strategy & execution, business performance analysis, consumer research and budget management. This role requires a deep understanding of how to combine disparate consumer data points and derive meaningful insights that drive volume and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans across paid/owned/earned tactics to meet brand objectives; Ensure brand guidelines and standards are consistently applied across all marketing channel
  • Effectively execute key initiatives to ensure delivery to top and bottom line P&L targets
  • Analyze consumption performance data and translate findings into actionable insights as part of monthly business performance reviews
  • Manage annual marketing spend, brand budgets and billing process, collaborating with Finance partners on a routine basis
  • Create internal and customer-facing marketing materials, including selling stories
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy
  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners, including global marketing teams and various agencies and vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Two to three years related experience, consumer packaged goods experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience using Nielsen or IRI syndicated data
  • Ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and a team player
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Two to three years related experience, consumer packaged goods experience preferred

  • Base pay range of $104,295 to $146,013 annually, with actual compensation determined based on experience and qualifications
