About the Role

The Sr Associate, Investment, Digital is responsible for facilitating the placement of approved media plans, confirming, monitoring, and optimizing digital media orders to ensure flawless execution of clients' advertising programs. The role involves providing in-depth analysis to drive digital strategy, ensuring accurate and timely tactical execution of media planning, placement, and reporting, and demonstrating digital leadership within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate building, launching and maintaining digital campaigns for assigned accounts across digital channel(s) in support of the paid media strategy
  • Execute ongoing media activation and maintenance tasks, including account pacing, keyword analysis, optimization, forecasting, and collaborating with internal/external teams to enhance client experience
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to extract insights from campaign data and provide well-developed, quantitatively based recommendations to meet client goals
  • Assist in development of media strategy and recommendations
  • Create presentations, regular reporting, and other documents for client evaluation and approval of digital campaigns
  • Ensure flawless execution of media buys by deploying best practices in digital operations and quality assurance for campaign launches and modifications
  • Provide project management on campaigns within the channel team
  • Monitor campaign performance through regular reporting, ensuring proper execution and troubleshooting issues
  • Analyze data trends and develop solutions for improvement
  • Act as quality control for overall account output
  • Collaborate with leadership and peers to develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency, tools, and workflows
  • Monitor digital media trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend directions for investment and implementation
  • Represent Rise to vendor reps to analyze media vehicle/tactic value and applicability for plan consideration
  • Participate in vendor meetings with current and potential partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or business
  • Ability to speak, read, and write the English language
  • 3+ years relevant work experience in digital media or marketing, with digital experience; agency experience a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite; practical experience with Excel is a plus
  • Strong relationships with publisher and technology partners
  • Knowledge of paid digital channels and tactics within media planning and how to leverage their strengths
  • Proven ability to translate strategic plans into flawless tactical executions
  • Understanding of media planning concepts such as reach, frequency, impression share, ROI, ROAS, and other KPIs
  • Certificates in Google and Microsoft platforms; experience with other digital platforms is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills for campaign setup, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on collaboration
  • Comfort participating in brainstorms and ideation sessions
  • Ability to work with a team to execute media strategies accurately
  • Desire to continue education through ongoing training and certification programs
  • Curiosity about digital media trends and channels

Benefits & Perks

  • Annual salary range of $59,000-$65,000, based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions
