The role involves owning and enhancing Rippling's cold outbound email channel, supporting international and product teams, and optimizing email campaigns for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end cold email experimentation, including brainstorming personalized campaign ideas, creative CTAs, running A/B tests, and scaling successful campaigns.
  • Partner closely with product marketing, demand gen, marketing ops, and analytics teams to convert emails into demos and drive revenue.
  • Work with growth engineers to optimize automated email systems for deep personalization while maintaining simplicity.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximize ROI of positive replies and support their outreach efforts using AI.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance and explore new growth opportunities.
  • Influence the outbound, international, and standalone product email strategy.
  • Design and run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across all email elements and scale winners.
  • Analyze campaign data and channel metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize results.
  • Leverage automation platforms like Clay and understand GTM engineering principles to create hyper-personalized campaigns at scale.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience driving growth through email or performance marketing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, or similar to analyze data and measure performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, LTV, and ROI.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of persuasive B2B SaaS email content for different audience segments.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing robust A/B and multivariate testing frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of GTM engineering principles, including automated outbound systems, ETL data pipelines, and leveraging AI for scale and personalization.
  • Experience with lead generation, data enrichment, and advanced personalization platforms like Clay, or running a cold outbound agency, is highly desirable.
