About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies that foster engagement and align with organizational goals.
  • Continuously refine and improve content to ensure clarity, impact, and relevance.
  • Conduct research to understand audience needs and preferences.
  • Maintain expertise in assigned product/portfolio areas.
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements using data and user feedback.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to AT&T's brand guidelines and messaging standards.
  • Work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to maintain consistent and cohesive messaging across platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred.
  • 5+ years in content creation, content strategy, or related fields.
  • Experience in selling telecom solutions is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale content projects in agile environments.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools. Familiarity with Adobe Workfront is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in selling telecom solutions.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred.
  • 5+ years in relevant content fields.
