About the Role

Senior Digital Business Partner - Walgreens, CVS, Meijer, BJ's is a role focused on accelerating Kimberly-Clark North America's digital engagement with shoppers through omnichannel strategies. The position involves building relationships with internal teams, key customers, and agencies to optimize digital shelf, merchandising, and search initiatives, ultimately driving digital growth and market share within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role is remote, aligned with major airports in the Central or Eastern time zones, and is part of Kimberly-Clark's broader Digital Commerce organization dedicated to delivering better care for consumers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively conduct diagnostic analysis of the digital shelf (KCNA, Category, and Competitive) and provide recommendations through an omnichannel lens to enable field sales and shopper marketing to react and adjust business plans.
  • Drive 'One Search' (Organic + Paid) focus by optimizing organic/owned search footprint in collaboration with Digital Commerce Operations CoE.
  • Analyze key business metrics/data (e.g., Clickstream, Retailer-Specific Data, Market Data) to inform recommendations that drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Provide insights around algorithmic trends and site taxonomy.
  • Collaborate with field sales in implementing KCNA Digital Commerce Strategies (e.g., Subscription, Marketplace).
  • Recommend and drive test-and-learn initiatives within the Digital Commerce marketing space.
  • Deliver against all KCNA milestones tied to Annual Operating plans, Business Plan Reviews, Customer Engagement Meetings, and Key Customer Meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years' experience in Digital Commerce, Digital Marketing, and/or Omnichannel within relevant areas such as CPG, Retail, or Management Consulting.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, global company with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High threshold for working and thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt.
  • Strong analytical skills leveraging data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with prioritization and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Omnichannel retailer(s).
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically with excellent attention to detail.
