About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic digital marketing leader to join our commercial digital experiences team. This is a high-impact opportunity to define and execute world-class customer journeys for a well-known portfolio of B2B products and services. The ideal candidate will be a customer champion, responsible for leveraging digital marketing channels and artificial intelligence to create seamless, personalized experiences that drive business growth. The role involves strategic planning, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing customer experiences in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a customer-first strategy for holistic customer journeys across various digital marketing channels.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of marketers, setting clear goals and driving initiatives tied to the customer journey.
  • Own the annual marketing forecast, manage performance to meet or exceed targets, and present results to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing channel leads to innovate and optimize customer experiences.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on both customer and business insights to inform strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B digital marketing and marketing strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage virtual and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in building and executing campaign strategies within various marketing channels.
  • Strong skills in creating executive presentations and communicating performance and strategy.
  • Availability to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
  • Communication skills including verbal and written communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills for understanding customer problems and analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of customer experience analysis, mapping, measuring, and optimizing touchpoints, channels, and emotions.
  • Experience in customer experience (CX) design and journey mapping.
  • Knowledge of B2B modern marketing and marketing automation.
  • Leadership skills to manage teams and projects, set vision, inspire, and foster collaboration.
  • Management skills to work independently, organize tasks, monitor progress, and handle risks.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services.
  • Strategic and tactical planning skills to align customer journeys with organizational goals, define key messages, select channels, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with artificial intelligence applications in marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Strong ability to create and deliver executive presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
