Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage the demand generation strategy, collaborating with sales and partner teams
- Oversee the marketing budget ensuring alignment with corporate goals
- Develop and oversee the demand generation strategy for the Americas focusing on ABM, integrated campaigns, and multichannel initiatives
- Generate the pipeline necessary to meet AMS revenue targets
- Formulate partner marketing strategy, enhancing Sitecore's presence within the partner ecosystem
- Collaborate cross-functionally to adapt and activate global programs for local markets
- Measure and optimize program performance using KPIs and data
- Manage the AMS marketing budget efficiently
- Ensure cross collaboration with key sales stakeholders across the geo, growing these as a priority
- Establish and supervise an effective AMS marketing team offering guidance and career advancement
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of account-based marketing
- Proven success in driving revenue through collaborative initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- Significant experience in field and partner/channel marketing roles
- Hands-on experience with ABM, integrated campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and CRM tools
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Collaborative, data-driven, and strategic mindset
Nice to Have
- SaaS and/or vertical marketing experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
