Senior Director, Field Marketing - Remote

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Global Field Marketing strategy, driving pipeline and growth.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with sales, product marketing, demand generation, finance, and other stakeholders to execute field marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue within core verticals.
• Develop quarterly plans and work closely with Sales to modify or adapt based on pipeline coverage or gap needs.
• Manage performance metrics through reporting cadences that align with the GTM Strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to develop relevant messaging, positioning, and region-specific content plans.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison to the CRO, providing regular updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Constantly tune and optimize campaigns to increase conversion, reduce acquisition costs, and increase ROI.
• Manage field marketing budget and third-party vendors.
• Lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery.

Requirements

• 10 years of B2B field marketing experience.
• 5 years leading global teams.
• Ability to lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of event tactics and execution.
• Experience leading campaigns, events, and field marketing for a global B2B SaaS company.
• Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of key technologies such as SFDC, Marketo, Outreach.io, Tableau.
• Experience building relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to travel as needed to support field marketing activities and team management.
