Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Industry Marketing and Account Based Marketing functions with a global remit, reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing.
  • Develop account-centric demand generation plans across multiple products, verticals, channels, and geographies.
  • Create industry and deal-specific positioning initiatives in key verticals such as Payments and Banking to generate pre-sales consideration and pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Creative Labs, Sales Development, Field Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
  • Develop and implement customized deal-centric positioning and collateral for pre-sales prospecting and deal maturation.
  • Build strategies to map product messages against customer needs to drive engagement with target markets.
  • Manage global pipeline and conversion funnel from a marketing perspective in collaboration with teams.
  • Create deal-specific positioning and educational collateral leveraging canonical positioning from Product Marketing.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships within the Revenue organization to understand signals and gather feedback.
  • Oversee target account lists across products, industries, and geographies in conjunction with Revenue Strategy.
  • Supervise ABM engagements with targeted accounts, coordinating with SDR teams for effective targeting.
  • Monitor and manage ABM budget allocation in partnership with Performance Marketing and agency partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to refine tactics and content based on campaign performance and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Account Based Marketing, Demand Generation, Industry marketing, strategic go-to-market, or product/partner marketing, with hands-on execution in crypto, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure verticals.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Expertise in B2B campaign & B2B2C design, deployment, message development, results analysis, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for complex, technical products.
  • Robust knowledge of how money moves in a global construct.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to engage with cross-functional leaders to drive results.
  • High integrity, curiosity, and a proactive leadership approach in ambiguous environments.

  • Understanding of how fintech / crypto infrastructure facilitates automation and acceleration of money movement, storage, and access.
  • Exceptional time management and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex business environments and driving efficient execution.
