Key Responsibilities

  • Shape how the world sees TravelPerk and define the company's brand presence.
  • Embed brand thinking into every touchpoint, both internally and externally.
  • Lead the largest brand awareness investment the company has ever made.
  • Lead a team of senior leaders across brand, content, campaigns, and creative functions.
  • Push boundaries, take risks, and create work that evokes emotional response.
  • Set the vision for brand marketing, drive operational excellence, and be fully accountable for the brand marketing budget, performance, and outcomes.
  • Operate at the intersection of creativity, commercial impact, and executional rigor to scale a beloved brand.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally with a blend of B2B and B2C.
  • Deep experience building brands for US markets.
  • Experience owning and optimizing large-scale brand budgets.
  • Experience in brand measurement, reporting, and brand-health tracking.
  • Experience working with or in creative agencies is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating across time zones, especially with a Europe-based team.
  • Leadership experience in scaling brands globally, managing large teams, and making brand a boardroom priority.

  • Experience activating partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer programs that shape culture and drive attention.
