About the Role

The Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Crescent Hotels & Resorts is responsible for managing a portfolio of hotels with multi-branded platforms and independents. This role involves working closely with properties and regional leaders in Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that meet revenue goals. The position requires strong data analysis skills, market research, and the ability to present insights and recommendations to ownership groups. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies for a portfolio of hotels to meet revenue goals.
Assess market conditions and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Analyze data and prepare presentations with results, insights, and future opportunities for internal and external stakeholders.
Make business cases for budget spends based on data analysis and lead cross-functional and ownership calls.
Assist in transitioning new properties into the Crescent Hotels & Resorts portfolio from a digital/marketing perspective.
Coordinate and manage calls with properties, vendors, owners, and brands within your region.
Participate in annual budgeting processes and provide financial reports, ad hoc reports, and executive summaries.
Bring new digital marketing technologies and A/B testing ideas, leading their implementation and review.
Audit brand sites, OTAs, social media, review sites, etc., to ensure information is accurate, on-brand, and optimized to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements

At least 7-10 years of experience in a measurable role dealing with multi-property hotel marketing.
Significant expertise in multi-channel analytics, reporting, and digital insights.
Knowledge of PPC, Paid Media, SEO, Paid Social Media, and digital marketing tools; familiarity with Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt platforms is a plus.
Ability to research market conditions, identify solutions, and share growth opportunities.
Strong initiative and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work with little supervision.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights.
Willingness to travel as needed (typically 20-30%).

Nice to Have

Experience with digital marketing within the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of specific hotel brands' digital marketing platforms such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt.
