Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Integrated Marketing team, ensuring team success, productivity, and morale, reporting directly to senior leadership (SVP/C-Suite).
  • Manage 3-5 senior team members and oversee a broader organization of 10-15+ marketers.
  • Strategically allocate resources for campaigns, assign leads, and recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members as needed.
  • Serve as the primary integrated marketing leadership point to client partners, modeling exceptional client service, relationship building, and campaign management to secure trust and renewal business.
  • Oversee the execution of all integrated marketing campaigns across community (influencer, ambassadorships), digital, and experiential services, focusing on renewal and growth.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed within set budgets, oversee expenses, and monitor campaign profitability.
  • Act as an escalation point for team issues, providing mentorship, guidance, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Develop and refine internal processes, tools, and systems to improve campaign development, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Lead and oversee the implementation of AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage a team of global talent supporting business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to improve cross-departmental processes and provide strategic insights during pre-sale phases.
  • Facilitate solutions to win new business, considering inventory, timelines, and budgets, and support post-sale campaign success.
  • Become an expert on all HCM ad sales marketing products, including branded content, media, influencers, social media advertising, experiential, and sampling, to drive growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-time experience in an integrated marketing role at a digital media company and/or social media or influencer agency, with account management and campaign operations experience.
  • 2+ years of integrated marketing or account management team leadership experience, with a desire to manage a team and collaborate across the organization.
  • Proven success in developing and managing complex integrated campaigns with large budgets, working directly with senior Director/VP level partners.
  • Experience using and implementing AI and/or global talent solutions to maximize team efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable synthesizing data to develop insight-driven marketing strategies.
  • Creative, solutions-oriented problem solver with the ability to identify and implement win-win solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills, with experience in crisis management and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with an ability to improve campaign processes and scalability.
  • Genuine interest in Gen Z culture and marketing/trends, with the ability to identify and pitch relevant monetization opportunities.
  • Passion for Her Campus Media's mission and the opportunity to connect audience, community, and client interests through marketing campaigns.
