Senior ECommerce Analyst, Amazon Job Details | Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Development/Ecommerce team by organizing and interpreting retailer and third-party data sources related to key consumer, retailer, and industry data, and lead the development and execution of recommendations within Amazon account
• Own and optimize weekly Ecommerce reporting and support the team with analysis and insights for merchant meetings
• Leverage data and established guidelines to deliver merchandising recommendations at the e-retailer level
• Develop standardized category review templates to drive actionable insights
• Assess competitive market activity and provide analytics supporting strategic decisions, risks, opportunities, and white space identification for the NHS portfolio
• Own content management and optimizations for key accounts
• Produce advanced consumer data such as Market Research, Retail Media Analysis, and Digital Penetration Opportunities
• Assist with research and lead projects to deliver solutions benefiting both customer and category
• Work with agency partners and internal teams on forecasting and communicate changes impacting the supply chain
• Mentor and guide junior Analysts
• Create and own presentations for internal and external meetings
• Present findings to stakeholders
• Identify business trends/issues proactively and propose actionable solutions
• Create analytical tools to diagnose business performance
• Travel up to 10%

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods experience, preferably FMCG
• 3+ years of Ecommerce experience, preferably Amazon
• Power BI experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), IRI, Customer and Syndicated Data
• Understanding of Content/SEO
• Retailer-specific data knowledge (Amazon)
• Experience working directly with account teams preferred
• Ability to build relationships and engage at senior levels
• Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and follow-up as needed
• Problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Articulate communication skills for quick data synthesis
• Ability to operate effectively at all organizational levels
• Understanding the value of listening to customers and gaining insights
