This position reports to the Chapter Leader - Business Process Management and involves coordinating opportunity to remittance and post-sale service tool development efforts across various functions including Marketing & Sales, Global Product Management, IT, Supply Chain, and Finance within the Electrification Business Units. The role includes leading projects for developing global opportunity to remittance & post-sale service web-based tools.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with business users and development team to establish clear development plans and testable acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless alignment.
Work together with developers and IS project managers to estimate and monitor development effort, encompassing capacity, status, and velocity, across planned developments and releases.
Assist in driving the sales performance of specific e-commerce platforms.
Support insights on customer shopping trends with evidence/data to support the implementation of more effective e-commerce strategies and increase the e-commerce customer base.

Requirements

BS in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business.
3+ years experience in quotation, application, project management, or product development.
3+ years Ecommerce experience is preferred.
Process knowledge in inquiry, quotation, order, and post-sales service.
Experience with SAP or Salesforce is preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP/Salesforce.

Qualifications

Educational background in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business.
