About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Project Manager to run multi-channel marketing, advertising, digital and PR programs end-to-end. This person will coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media, account services, digital, analytics, external vendors), drive timelines and budgets, and deliver campaigns on time and on brief. The role involves managing complex projects within a marketing agency environment, ensuring quality standards, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing, advertising, event marketing, digital and PR campaigns from brief through launch and post‑campaign reporting.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations and critical-path analysis.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor invoices and spend tracking; identify and act on scope or cost risks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners; escalate and resolve issues proactively.
  • Maintain and optimize workflows using PM platforms (create templates, dashboards, automations, dependencies).
  • Produce clear status reports, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions), and post-mortem learnings.
  • Ensure creative and technical deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines and legal/compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement: refine processes, implement new tools or templates, and scale best practices.
  • Mentor or manage junior PMs/coordinators as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years project/program management experience specifically in marketing, advertising, digital or PR environments.
  • Near-expert Excel skills: advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data cleaning, scenario modeling and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency with one or more PM tools (examples: Asana, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello) and comfortable building dashboards/automations.
  • Strong budgeting and financial tracking experience for campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a bias for organization, timelines and deliverable quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification.
  • Experience with analytics/reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau) and exposure to media buying/ad ops workflows.
  • Background in an agency environment or managing external creative/production vendors.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and tool migrations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
