The role of Senior HR Operational Excellence Manager, Process & Projects involves leading HR process and technology initiatives, including digital transformation efforts, to improve efficiency and standardization within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of core HR Operational Excellence and HR Technology projects, including HR Digital Transformation to the cloud.
Lead workshops to define global future HR processes such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and payroll, considering local variations while establishing guardrails for flexibility.
Partner with COEs, Shared Services, and Regional HR to ensure alignment with business and IT, building credibility and influencing across functions.
Act as a change champion to promote standardization and employee/manager self-service, shifting mindsets and reinforcing the value of these initiatives.
Own business requirements, support testing and training, and serve as the decision-making point on HR process issues.
Collaborate with IT and system implementors to ensure HR system design aligns with SuccessFactors capabilities and define user journeys for Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS).
Manage HR projects and the HR Technology portfolio from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement within the HR project portfolio through listening sessions, process refinement, and performance monitoring against industry benchmarks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or related field.
8+ years of experience in process and project management, including at least 3 years managing HR projects or portfolios, especially HR Technology projects and system implementations.
Working knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors preferred.
Proven experience implementing Agile methodologies in HR or related functions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Relevant certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP are a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems.
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management credentials.
Experience applying Agile methodologies in HR or related projects.
