Senior Lead Digital Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor to the Product Owner to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs within Workplace Technology.
• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for resolution of highly complex and unique challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.
• Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Support the product management team in prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and business goals.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
• Participate in product launch activities and provide post-launch support.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience using product/project management tools, such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, or MS Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of digital product development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and contribute to collective goals.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Genuine interest in technology and innovation.
