About the Role

The Senior Learning Manager for AI Skilling Initiatives at Microsoft is responsible for building a center of excellence focused on delivering engaging and inspirational short-form AI skilling content, primarily around Microsoft Copilot. The role involves leading cross-audience programs to promote AI adoption, developing partnerships across Microsoft, and creating social skilling content to drive learner engagement and business growth. The position emphasizes leveraging short form content and social platforms to maximize reach and impact within the Worldwide Learning organization, aligning with Microsoft's mission to empower individuals and organizations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI skilling initiatives that tell cohesive stories for how AI is improving the way we live and work through social skilling and short-form modalities.
Create clarity and simplicity for learners to move from novice skills to proficiency, one skill at a time through short form content.
Partner closely with marketing, advocacy, and engineering teams to drive a structured skilling initiative around the 'jobs-to-be-done' framework for existing and upcoming AI functionality.
Build and cultivate partnerships across Microsoft to deepen connections to partner demand generation engines.
Ensure a steady stream of entertaining and effective social skilling content for learners around the world.

Requirements

Experience in developing and leading AI or digital skilling initiatives.
