The Senior Manager, Aetna Mental Well-being Marketing Strategy, will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, positioning, and go-to-market plans for Aetna's mental well-being offerings, focusing on driving awareness, consideration, demand, engagement, and adoption among prospective and existing clients. This role involves acting as a thought leader, trusted advisor, and change agent to shape how Aetna presents its mental well-being solutions to B2B and B2G decision makers, leveraging market research, competitive insights, and cross-functional collaboration to create impactful marketing content and campaigns.
