Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver robust analytics outputs that meet statistical requirements and make business sense.
  • Manage project delivery from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting revenue and profit targets.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts, providing clear, direct, and supportive feedback.
  • Build presentation content and generate actionable insights.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with clients.
  • Develop relationships with client and agency counterparts and act as an external ambassador for Gain Theory.
  • Create marketing content, develop products and services, and support analyst development.
  • Oversee data collection, validation, and coordinate data questions with clients and agencies.
  • Supervise data transformation, model building, validation, and signoff, ensuring high standards.
  • Apply Bayesian and Frequentist approaches to time series econometrics.
  • Support the interpretation of results and assist in converting models into client outputs.
  • Ensure insights and recommendations are actionable and accurate.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and client relationships to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Lead and motivate team members, assign tasks, and facilitate collaboration.
  • Identify training needs and support team development.
  • Support business development efforts, including client retention and industry engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
  • Knowledge of model building, validation, and media optimization.
  • Familiarity with Bayesian and Frequentist approaches and time series econometrics.
  • Experience in delivering insights, creating reports, and presenting findings.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketing effectiveness or related consultancy roles.
  • Knowledge of industry benchmarking and activation planning.
  • Experience with client-facing roles and external representation.
  • Familiarity with industry tools and advanced analytics techniques.
