The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager, B2B Applied Analytics to join our team. Reporting to the Group Manager - B2B Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end marketing analytics strategy and execution, delivering actionable insights that drive marketing performance and B2B business outcomes. Understanding of B2B marketing funnels, behavioral analytics, critical metrics optimization, team management, communication with collaborators, data-driven decision-making required. In this highly visible and impactful role, you will help strategize and implement full-funnel marketing measurement across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to provide in-depth analysis of B2B marketing data to uncover trends, patterns, and performance drivers. Mentor them to deliver weekly run-the-business insight readouts covering Global teams and actions.
  • Partner with Segment Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital/Demand Marketing, and Marketing Ops to review channel performance and optimize marketing programs.
  • Establish and grow critical partnerships with GTM, PMM, SalesOps, and Sales teams to showcase marketing effectiveness and contribution to revenue targets.
  • Interact with data engineers and technical teams (within and outside of the B2B Team) to translate analytics strategy into business requirements and functional specifications that can be worked and scaled.
  • Manage a variety of internal B2B products and tools (from strategy through to execution) focused on delivering data and insights to Marketers and Sellers.
  • Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical team members, including senior leadership.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for B2B analytics and activation across the organization.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Define and continuously evolve performance measurements to assess and optimize marketing impact.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews to executive leadership and broader partner teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • BS/BA in business, marketing, economics, or similar. MBA and/or Management Consulting experience desired
  • Experience working for a leading technology company, a strategy/management consulting organization, a digital agency, or a corporate marketing department strongly desired
  • Work experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) strongly recommended
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to shifting conditions, priorities, and deadlines, is meticulous and detail-oriented, and is a self-starter
  • Experience defining marketing strategy, sales enablement, and/or campaign plans desired
  • Passion for big data and translating said data and trends into meaningful insights, stories, and BI dashboards
  • Excellent packager and presenter of complex concepts and dense data (a PowerPoint wiz)
  • Ability to communicate ideas (verbally and in writing) to all types of functions and levels
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Expert relationship manager. Ability to quickly understand needs of internal clients and build plans to meet needs

  • MBA and/or Management Consulting experience

Benefits & Perks

  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,000 -- $255,350 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission) for sales roles, and as base salary with short-term incentives for non-sales roles.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
