The Outdoor & Recreation Segment is seeking a Sr. Manager, Brand Finance to support the Contigo® and bubba® brands. The role is global, based in Atlanta, Georgia, and involves working cross-functionally with Brand Management, Market Development and Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to drive profitable growth across diverse product categories and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support global P&L review with cross functional teams, providing profitability insights to drive profitable growth and mitigate risk.
  • Analyze global results by explaining key P&L drivers for the period versus forecast, budget, and prior year, including customer and product volume/mix, trade spend, and advertising and promotions.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans in collaboration with Brand Management, Market Development and Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain.
  • Analyze proposed advertising, promotional spending, and activation investments with ROI analytics to inform current and future decisions.
  • Support commercialization and go-to-market analysis, including controls on trade rate investments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor marketplace performance, including POS, market share, and category growth trends, and recommend actions based on insights.
  • Establish MSRP and category pricing in conjunction with Brand Management and Customer Planning & Strategy based on market conditions and competitive landscape.
  • Support New Product Development processes by developing forecasts, preparing financials, and analyzing project return metrics.
  • Optimize portfolio assortment based on SKU performance, innovation plans, and market trends, and recommend enhancements.
  • Provide analytical support for profitable growth strategies at product and brand levels, including gross margin optimization.
  • Liaise with Operations Finance to summarize impacts of standard costs and manufacturing variances.
  • Support managing and optimizing working capital, including inventory management and sell-through recommendations.
  • Foster positive relationships within finance, cross-functional, and regional leadership teams.
  • Identify operating or capability gaps and lead improvement projects with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure governance, control, and compliance with corporate and external procedures and audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Broad-based financial acumen in consumer goods, including brand, commercial, sales, operations, and FP&A.
  • Strong knowledge of project valuation, volume/price/mix analysis, trade promotions, and advertising spend.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and operate with a consumer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a sense of urgency and quick decision-making ability.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to learn new financial systems.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and high degree of autonomy.
  • Advanced Excel skills, highly analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with Hyperion (HFM), SAP (ECC), and Power BI.

Qualifications
