The Sr. Director - Marketing - Masterbrand will oversee campaign development, strategy, execution, and measurement for Lilly Above Brands Campaigns, leading cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of marketing associates responsible for executing and implementing mass campaigns across channels and markets.
  • Collaborate with agency teams and internal stakeholders to create and develop campaign plans and projects.
  • Manage the internal process for asset management and oversee the creative process for campaign assets.
  • Participate in all parts of the creative process, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
  • Organize and lead communication across functions and stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Ensure campaigns and team activities comply with Lilly's policies and regulations.
  • Measure and optimize campaigns based on in-market performance data and coordinate in-market adjustments.
  • Manage financial aspects of campaign initiatives to stay within budget.
  • Partner with external agencies and internal teams on media activation, leveraging data for planning and measurement.
  • Collaborate with analytics and market research teams on frameworks, metrics, and learning agendas.
  • Manage media agency relationships, establish expectations, and evaluate partnership performance.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing guidelines, policies, and procedures, including privacy, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide strategic leadership, training, and development to the marketing team.
  • Support transformation change management and lead enterprise workstreams to influence consumer behavior.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, campaign development, entertainment marketing partnerships, sponsorships, creative, or marketing/media.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Experience in mass marketing across multiple media channels with proven in-market results.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a complex, layered organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed with strong decision-making, project management, and budget management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior levels and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Pharma experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working within an IAT agency model.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and talent management.
  • Experience in global or multicultural marketing environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 10+ years of relevant marketing experience.
