About the Role

The Senior Manager, Digital Performance is a pivotal role focused on performance target setting for digital channels and experiences, building actionable reporting through performance analysis, and collaborating with digital channel and experience owners to create stretch goals aligned with opportunity roadmaps. The role involves leading the definition of success via benchmarks, managing relationships with stakeholders, and driving digital transformation within a global context, with a strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and technology trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the annual goal setting process for digital channels and website experiences
  • Contribute to the broader Digital Organization's annual OKR setting and ongoing measurement
  • Create, deliver, and interpret weekly, monthly, and ad hoc marketing reporting from tools like Tableau and SFDC as well as self-generated reports
  • Identify trends and underlying reasons for those trends across business units and industries
  • Establish and iterate on reporting templates to facilitate actionable conversations with senior leadership
  • Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to ensure digital performance data complements holistic marketing performance data collection and QBR processes
  • Investigate data anomalies to identify root causes and opportunities for optimization or clean-up
  • Share insights and recommendations with marketing leadership through presentations and communications

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics with demonstrated abilities in qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Degree in marketing, finance, or related field
  • Experience with web and digital analytics tools including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Snowflake
  • Experience in annual target and goal setting activities
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into practical strategies and tactics
  • Digital-savvy with knowledge of innovations, trends, and technologies in the digital space
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively across teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to present to and influence senior leadership

  • Experience with enterprise performance measurement and benchmarking
