Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute BKEMV's (biosimilar eculizumab) HCP promotional strategy and tactics with more focus on digital marketing tactics.
  • Build and advocate a deep understanding of HCP motivation and behavior in GMG and NMOSD treatment space to support brand adoption for both new and existing patients on reference product Soliris.
  • Translate potential HCP hesitation to use biosimilars and market insights into a rich and empathetic HCP brand narrative and resources.
  • Execute the overall brand strategy and tactics with AOR and media agency.
  • Support building a cost-effective HCP communications/media strategy including message map, budget allocations, and placements across PESO ecosystem.
  • Lead specific tactics for Non-Personal Promotion (e.g., emails, brochures, videos), including creation, MAC review, execution, and KPI measurement.
  • Develop cost-effective and targeted tools leveraging digital platforms and data.
  • Identify and establish KPIs and lead/lag indicators to measure strategic and tactical execution.
  • Lead development, production, and MAC approval of all HCP-related personal promo content, including websites.
  • Coordinate with PSP and REMS teams to implement tactics and ensure operational excellence in REMS and controlled distribution.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and internal partners to gather feedback and incorporate suggestions.
  • Collaborate with Training to ensure pull-through of promotional tools for launch readiness.
  • Work with CD&A and RDBU MR teams to inform and support brand planning and strategy.
  • Manage HCP Promotion budget and monitor performance to meet brand goals.
  • Explore and develop data-driven strategies for targeted HCP engagement, especially for medium to low volume patient accounts.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree with 2 years of marketing/business experience in a related role, or
  • Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or
  • Associate's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or
  • High school diploma / GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong marketing acumen including strategy, market research, segmentation, and brand positioning.
  • Experience in non-personal promotion and digital marketing tactics.
  • Ability to develop insight-led campaigns and digital tools.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies to develop creative content.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
  • Ability to partner with research, medical, regulatory, and legal teams.
  • Self-starter with agility and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills for cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication skills to engage senior management and teams.
  • Healthcare/Pharmaceutical experience.

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years in rare disease marketing.
  • Experience with digital tools and tactics supporting brand strategy.
  • Proven record of high-impact campaign development.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and evolving landscapes.
  • 6+ years of marketing/field sales experience, including 3+ years in marketing.

  • Educational qualifications as specified in requirements (Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, Associate's, or High school diploma/GED).
