About the Role

As a Senior Manager in Marketing, you will oversee operations, facilitate meetings, coordinate activities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive the brand's strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Director and Brand Lead for TEPEZZA by overseeing operations, facilitating meetings, and coordinating activities.
  • Champion the brand strategy and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners to support strategic priorities.
  • Provide operational oversight by managing key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely progress and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Facilitate communication between the executive director and cross-functional partners.
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating meetings, including preparing materials and planning for key meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze data, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations to the executive director.
  • Help solve problems and make decisions to support the brand's success.
  • Establish a process to manage the marketing budget and accruals process.
  • Oversee MAC prioritization and manage Amgen Parts across the brand.
  • Serve as Label Change Lead and represent the executive director in meetings and communications.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing/sales experience, or
  • Masters degree and 4 years of marketing/sales experience, or
  • Bachelors degree and 6 years of marketing/sales experience, or
  • Associates degree and 10 years of marketing/sales experience, or
  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing/sales experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong planning, project management, communication, and organization skills.
  • Ability to seize feedback and provide clear direction.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands.
  • Ability to develop and execute principles of brand management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional, proactive demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Educational qualifications as specified in the requirements (Doctorate, Masters, Bachelors, Associates, or High School diploma).
