Senior Manager, Media Strategy (International)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with the International team's growth goals across sales and new customers.
• Lead agency partnership, guiding strategy, budget allocations, and optimization recommendations.
• Provide ongoing analysis and optimization of paid campaigns to achieve performance goals with an emphasis on tracking and reporting.
• Continuously recommend tests and ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, A/B and multivariate testing.
• Stay up to date with the latest paid social media trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Partner with external agency to analyze weekly and monthly reporting, effectively communicating campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives and media partners.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7-9 years of experience in paid media buying, ideally with people management experience.
• Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including platforms, advertising products, and targeting options.
• Strategic capabilities with ability to understand business goals and define tactical execution plans.
• Interest in international business practices and global acumen.
• Hardworking with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Openness and ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various markets.
• Strong team player, yet able to thrive independently.

• Experience with international markets and global marketing strategies.
• Previous experience managing external agencies and cross-cultural teams.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
