The Product Marketing team uses creativity, market research, and insights to optimize and inspire product roadmaps, working collaboratively to deliver go-to-market strategies that demonstrate Snapchat’s role in users' lives and support business growth. The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will join the Ads Product team to lead marketing efforts for Snapchat’s Core & API advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Marketing for Snapchat's Core & API focused advertising solutions.
  • Manage a team of Product Marketing Managers focusing on the full suite of Snapchat's advertising products.
  • Lead Snapchat's Core & API revenue growth strategy by collaborating with sales, product, marketing science, business operations, and planning teams.
  • Collect, synthesize, and share advertiser feedback on new features and existing features to influence product strategy and roadmap.
  • Meet regularly with Sales, Advertisers, Marketing Science, Solution Engineers, and Customer Support to share product updates, insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver revenue through internal and external marketing efforts executed to a high standard by the PMM team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing or relevant digital marketing or sales work.
  • 2+ years managing a team.
  • Effective cross-functional leadership skills working with stakeholders across sales, product, and partner organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing industry, especially Brand Advertising related to video and Performance Marketing with direct response.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong public speaking skills and comfort presenting to groups of 100-500.

Nice to Have

  • Solid track record in launching products and driving global adoption.
  • Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA).
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Looker and Excel, and working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams.
  • Product Marketing experience at a consumer technology company or digital ads platform.

Qualifications

  • Formal educational background with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing or product marketing roles.
