Job Description

About the Role

At Oura, our mission is to empower every person to own their inner potential. With our award-winning Oura Ring and app, we help over 2.5 million people turn insights about sleep, activity, and readiness into healthier, more balanced lives. We believe that starts from within - by creating a culture where our team feels supported, included, and inspired to do their best work. Our values guide how we show up for each other and our community every day. We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations. As our Senior Manager of Strategy & Insights, you'll sit at the heart of Revenue Operations-transforming data into the market intelligence, GTM Strategy, and AI-powered processes that fuel growth across both B2B and DTC channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end commercial planning cycle: pipeline forecasting, revenue modeling, territory & capacity planning, and B2B Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) administration.
  • Drive quarterly and annual OKR alignment across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Product.
  • Develop Board and C-suite-ready plans, presentations, and performance narratives.
  • Analyze new market opportunities: size TAM/SAM/SOM, shape pricing & packaging strategies, and inform product commercialization and operationalization.
  • Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), customer segmentation, and channel strategies that connect member behavior and partner ROI.
  • Support experimentation design to test and refine GTM bets.
  • Model and prioritize growth initiatives that expand Oura's employer, payer, and partnership footprint.
  • Generate investment theses and market-signal analysis to inform long-range planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to revenue leaders, aligning insights with resourcing and budget decisions.
  • Drive Agentic AI efficiencies as a force multiplier for Revenue Operations functions.
  • Govern data model for sales & marketing systems (HubSpot, Netsuite) including user permissions, definitions, data validation, and hierarchy updates.
  • Champion scalable processes that boost profitability, accountability, and cross-functional efficiency.
  • Develop actionable customer health dashboards and behavioral analyses that inform activation, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor demographic trends and customer flywheel metrics to fuel product-market fit and partner success.
  • Build and maintain reusable data assets that blend member behavior, product signals, psychographics, and firmographics.
  • Design and manage leading indicators for pipeline, bookings, revenue, retention, as well as Incrementality, LTV/CAC and marketing ROI.
  • Oversee the full analytics stack (Snowflake, dbt/Airflow, Tableau/Looker); integrate AI/ML models for forecasting, lead scoring, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure robust data governance, privacy compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and standardized definitions to deliver clean, trustworthy data to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in revenue operations, strategic planning, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into market intelligence and actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with GTM strategy, market sizing, and customer segmentation.
  • Experience with AI/ML models, forecasting, and performance tracking tools.
  • Proficiency with data systems such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Tableau, Looker, HubSpot, and Netsuite.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR), and data validation processes.
  • Ability to develop executive-level presentations and performance narratives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to serve as a trusted advisor to revenue leaders.
