About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Production Consultant on the Channel Operations - Digital Execution Team as part of Enterprise Marketing Services. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to build and maintain digital marketing content, manage campaign execution activities, and support content testing and expansion of capabilities. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a hybrid work schedule, focusing on digital content management and project coordination within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Work and collaborate with cross-functional partners to build and maintain digital marketing content
Publish digital marketing content via various internal content management systems (Tridion, WordPress, and AEM)
Provide subject matter expertise to marketing business partners on channel execution strategy
Manage day-to-day project activities and conduct business analysis for campaign execution
Provide user acceptance testing and communicate with marketing managers
Partner with technology and support teams to resolve issues with campaigns
Collaborate with technology development and product teams to build and support content testing for capability expansion

Requirements

4+ years of Marketing Production experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Experience with digital content execution across multiple content management platforms (SDL Tridion, WordPress, AEM)
Strong understanding of Accessibility Standards and testing for web content
Experience with HTML and supporting test content needs
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment that values results
Project management experience and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited guidance
Strong collaboration and partnering skills at all organizational levels

Nice to Have

Experience supporting test content needs
Experience in financial services or banking (ideal but not required)

Qualifications

Educational background or training demonstrating 4+ years of marketing production experience
