Senior Marketing Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work and collaborate with cross-functional partners to build and maintain digital marketing content
• Publish digital marketing content via various internal content management systems (Tridion, WordPress, and AEM)
• Provide subject matter expertise to marketing business partners on channel execution strategy
• Perform day-to-day project management and business analysis for campaign execution activities
• Provide user acceptance testing and communicate with marketing managers
• Partner with technology and support partners to drive issue resolution with campaigns
• Partner with technology development and product teams to build and support content testing for expansion of capabilities

Requirements

• 4+ years of Marketing Production experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Experience with digital content execution across multiple content management platforms (SDL Tridion, WordPress, AEM)
• Strong understanding of Accessibility Standards and testing for web content
• Experience with HTML
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment that values results
• Project management experience
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited guidance
• Quick learner capable of learning processes and technical details
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills with all levels of the organization

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting test content needs
• Experience in financial services or banking (ideal but not required)

Qualifications

• Educational background or training demonstrating 4+ years of marketing production experience
