Senior Marketing Coordinator - Creative Services

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leading a three-person team to execute a high volume of creative projects, managing workflows, delegating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Acting as the project manager collaborating with the Marketing Liaison Team to coordinate marketing materials for various practice groups.
• Working with the Communications Team on design for PR, social media, and internal efforts.
• Managing the firm's website maintenance and design projects.
• Overseeing select cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Acting as a brand steward for consistent external promotions.
• Leading the team in identifying AI solutions for efficiency.
• Handling photo shooting, editing, and optimization for marketing and internal use.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in graphic design or a similar field.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Strong project management skills for managing multiple projects and delegating effectively.
• Experience with website maintenance and design projects.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills, proficiency in photography (including editing and optimization), and ideally experience with website content management systems and HTML.
• Proven experience leading and supervising a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the backend of external websites for adding articles, bios, and graphics.
• Experience with website content management systems and HTML.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in graphic design or a similar field.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience.
