Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to prioritize the annual event calendar based on business priorities and ROI.
  • Provide pre-event logistics planning, onsite event support, and facilitation for flawless execution.
  • Design and develop TELUS Health booth assets, interactive features, and experiential activations in collaboration with the brand marketing team and vendors.
  • Source meaningful giveaways that reflect TELUS Health's brand values and resonate with target audiences.
  • Create and deliver event kits for localized events run by sales team members.
  • Develop pre-event marketing plans, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and content creation.
  • Equip onsite attendees with tools and resources such as KPIs, scripts, battlecards, and lead capture processes.
  • Lead post-event debriefs to evaluate performance, capture insights, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with sales leaders to implement lead follow-up processes, measure, and report on event ROI.
  • Manage vendor relationships, inventory, storage, shipping, and logistics for event assets and supplies.
  • Secure and manage the annual event budget with a business case and ROI rationale, optimizing funds through onsite activities, speaking opportunities, receptions, and PR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, sales enablement, or a related role, preferably within the health tech or B2B sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring event success and tracking lead-to-revenue outcomes.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
