The company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join the Viasat Ads team, focusing on shaping go-to-market strategies and driving adoption of advertising solutions within a fast-growing business leveraging Viasat's global satellite network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Viasat Ads offerings.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and feature enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product management to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric benefits.
  • Manage growth and lifecycle marketing, including planning, testing, and scaling B2B lead generation programs.
  • Drive strategies to optimize the entire customer lifecycle including acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities to improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align campaign execution with digital strategy and performance goals.
  • Manage multichannel campaign execution across paid media, SEO, SEM, social, email, and web.
  • Track and report on customer insights and analytics.
  • Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to define ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and targeted segments.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Work with Business Operations to optimize lead flow processes and enhance marketing automation tools.
  • Develop content strategy and enablement tools, including creating sales enablement materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B product marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, preferably in ad tech or digital media.
  • Proven success in developing go-to-market strategies and executing integrated campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
