About the Role

The marketing professional will collaborate with and coordinate the execution of all marketing content for the Bay Area business unit, while supporting the Northwest Region. Key Responsibilities

Work with pursuit teams to coordinate and develop qualifications packages, RFP responses, and interview presentations/materials.
Develop a cohesive message for project pursuits and communicate content needs and deadlines to pursuit teams.
Track and communicate progress on marketing deliverables to meet deadlines.
Coordinate and compile content into cohesive documents or presentations.
Work with business developers or core market leads to develop pre-sell materials.
Ensure integrity and consistency of corporate identity standards in all materials.
Develop project-specific stories and content to illustrate DPR's technical expertise and leadership.
Maintain and update project information in the CRM system and ensure consistency across materials.
Support coordination of internal and external events.
Design and develop advertising for local publications.
Collaborate with and support fellow marketers and pursuit teams in developing marketing materials.
Coordinate pursuit efforts across departments.
Support fellow marketing team members to ensure even workload distribution.
Act as an internal and external ambassador for the DPR brand and uphold deliverables' standards.
Demonstrate strategic importance of marketing through collaboration and proactive work.

Requirements

3+ years of proposal-writing experience in the A/E/C industry.
Ability to effectively lead or support marketing efforts.
Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral).
Solid meeting facilitation skills.
Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Familiarity with CRMs (Cosential/Unanet preferred).
Experience with Miro or Mural is a plus.
Strong writing, editing, and graphic design/layout skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
Available for minimal travel.
