Senior Marketing Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop integrated (360) marketing campaigns to advance, acquisition, retention, and engagement objectives for various audiences including business-to-business, business-to-consumer, providers, and products/services.
• Work with marketing research, matrix partners, and external vendors to execute tactics and campaigns across advertising, direct marketing, social, and digital channels.
• Lead the development of comprehensive marketing project briefs with moderate to high visibility, collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, insights, messaging, and tracking.
• Develop forecasts for marketing activities, responses, and leads, and create business cases to support new strategies, budgets, and projects.
• Ensure the execution of high-quality marketing strategies within defined timeframes in collaboration with team members.
• Communicate marketing plans and outcomes to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity.
• Track and measure marketing outcomes including activities, responses, leads, sales, retention, and ROI/ROMI.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes, customer insights, and environmental trends to refine current and develop future marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize project budgets in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (acceptable substitutions: 1.5 years' experience = 1 year college).
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in marketing project coordination, plan development, and tactical deployment.
• Experience working with project management tools and budget management.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, creative evaluation, research projects, and ROI analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent business writing skills and professional conduct.
• Ability to manage budgets and work with software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong organization and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 6 years of relevant marketing experience.

• Salary range from $67,500 to $126,000, determined by qualifications and experience.
