About the Role

We are partnering with a growing consumer products company that is seeking a strategic and visually driven marketer to join their team onsite. This full-time role is ideal for a creative thinker who can lead brand and content strategy across both digital and physical channels, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The position will require being fully onsite 5 days a week in the northwest suburbs of Illinois, with local candidates only. Travel up to 10% may be required. This role has a leadership capacity and will manage 1-2 designers, including remote team members overseas, with potential to grow the team locally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative strategy and visual execution across Amazon and events
Oversee product imagery, infographics, and listing content (text-over-image, lifestyle images, etc.)
Drive brand consistency across platforms with an emphasis on polished, premium presentation
Own planning and execution of trade shows, including determining which products to feature
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Departments of Creative, Amazon, Supply Chain, Production and Operations
Experiment with and analyze visuals (e.g., lifestyle vs. static imagery) to boost conversion

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or creative roles
Ideally has experience with e-commerce or digital product presentation (but not required)
A strong visual sensibility and the ability to direct creative output
Experience managing or mentoring junior creatives
Strong communicator, able to engage at events/tradeshows and collaborate across departments
