Job Description

About the Role

This is Adyen. Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition. We create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster. The role of Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Global Enablement involves building a scalable foundation to empower our partner ecosystem, creating programs and resources to drive adoption, and supporting partner growth globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Enablement Engine: Own the strategy and execution of our global self-serve enablement engine, creating a comprehensive suite of tools, content, and platforms that empower partners and internal teams to succeed at scale.
  • Evolve the Adyen Partner Program: Support the continuous evolution of our Partner Program by enhancing key platforms, including the Partner Portal and Partner Directory, with richer content and an improved user experience.
  • Develop Scalable Partner Resources: Design and build a library of self-serve toolkits, playbooks, and templates that enable our Commercial Partner Managers (CPMs) and partners to articulate joint value propositions and execute marketing activities independently.
  • Build a Thru-Partner Marketing Framework: Design and manage a programmatic thru-marketing program, equipping Tech and Alliance partners with co-brandable campaigns, content, and tools to generate demand for Adyen.
  • Create a Scalable Event Model: Develop and implement a framework and 'event-in-a-box' kits for joint partner events, aligned with go-to-market priorities and regional execution.
  • Establish Global Processes & Governance: Define and implement clear global processes and standardized ways of working for marketing with and through partners to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment.
  • Drive Program Adoption and Measurement: Develop and execute a plan to promote adoption of the Partner Program and self-serve tools, establishing a framework to measure impact and optimize assets using data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B environment focused on building and scaling partner or channel marketing programs.
  • Proven track record of designing, launching, and managing scalable programs, frameworks, and self-serve resources for a global audience.
  • Experience developing and executing programmatic partner event strategies and thru-marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales technology tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and content management systems like Contentful.
  • Strong project management skills with a results-driven mindset, capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven and analytical with a 'test and iterate' mentality to optimize programs and identify new impact opportunities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a global organization with remote or distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of the payments or financial technology industry.
  • Experience with developing partner enablement content and resources.

Qualifications

  • Educational background or certifications are not explicitly specified, but extensive marketing experience is required.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary range of $145,000-185,000 (SF/NY).
  • Opportunity to work in an office-first environment based in San Francisco, New York, or Amsterdam.
  • Travel opportunities domestically and internationally (20%+).
  • Supportive company culture emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
