About the Role

The Senior Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager at 3E is a senior-level role responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth, drive customer value, and strengthen the company's leadership in the environmental health and safety (EHS) technology space. Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing GTM strategies, including market analysis, product positioning, and launch planning.
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional efforts for product launches, including positioning, messaging, enablement, and execution planning.
  • Understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product and GTM strategies.
  • Defining the unique value proposition of the product and crafting compelling messaging for key buyer personas.
  • Providing sales, account management, and customer teams with training, resources, and support to effectively sell the product.
  • Tracking key performance indicators related to win rate, product usage, customer satisfaction, and revenue, and driving optimization.
  • Adjusting GTM strategies based on market feedback and performance data.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product marketing with accountability for GTM strategy and orchestration.
  • Experience or interest in EHS, compliance, or sustainability domains is highly valued.
  • Strong working knowledge of Product Management Principles, Strategic Marketing Principles, and the B2B Sales Process.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact GTM strategies that led to product adoption, market expansion, or revenue growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills to manage complex projects and drive execution across teams.
  • Exceptional collaborator with leadership and influence skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
