Key Responsibilities

Leads Product Roadmap for configuring Wireless technologies in HPE Aruba Networking Central
Define clear requirements for onboarding, configuring, and troubleshooting wireless networking devices and clients via Network Management platforms
Defines the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring one or more innovative and disruptive products to market with respect to the whole company product portfolio (i.e., Product configuration mix, Revenue/Margins, financials, market share)
Synthesizes market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through having intimate customer knowledge and business, financial and industry market acumen
Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle (e.g., planning, development, launch, management, exit)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of work experience in related field
Technical understanding and knowledge of the computer networking industry
Strong knowledge and practical experience of wireless networking (WLAN) technologies
Hands-on experience deploying Wireless networks and wireless vendor equipment
Good understanding of wired networks and networking protocols
Expert team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others, mentor, and lead teams on complex projects
Technical understanding and knowledge of the networking industry and ability to provide product-specific technical training
Industry professional and/or expert certifications preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
