About the Role

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform with the Fanatics App as the front door to fandom. The Fanatics App team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the product vision, strategy, and execution of our MarTech stack. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Data, Design, and Engineering to deliver innovative products that enable internal teams to drive customer growth and retention. Additionally, this product leader will also own internal tools that help accelerate the impact of our Engineering, Business Development, Strategy and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to build and optimize our MarTech stack, ensuring we have the best tools to drive growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to set product strategy, identifying and introducing new marketing technology solutions while optimizing our existing platforms to improve efficiency and drive impact.
  • Write clear user stories and product requirement documentation to support the development of in-house marketing tech solutions and integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Fanatics platform, assets, customer base, and the unique position of Fanatics in the Sports industry to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing technology trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our approach remains cutting-edge in a fast-moving industry.
  • Think through and articulate user flows, edge-cases and user journeys that produce unparalleled product quality and experiences for users.
  • Contribute directly to product KPIs and related business objectives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience as an agile Product Manager in MarTech, growth or CRM supporting a consumer facing app.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simply articulate product outcomes and value propositions to leadership.
  • Collaborative personality, with an ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally across different Product teams and teams at Fanatics.
  • Can do attitude to influence others and lead cross functional teams to success.
  • Experience leveraging both quantitative and qualitative information to proactively identify ways for your product to improve marketing efficiency, customer engagement, and business impact.

Benefits & Perks

  • The salary range for this position is $138,240 to $200,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
