About the Role

Senior Product Marketing Manager at Thomson Reuters, based in the United States (Virginia, McLean) or other eligible locations, responsible for developing strategies, driving product innovation, and influencing stakeholders in the risk and fraud space. The role involves engaging with customers, analyzing data, and collaborating across teams to support long-term customer success and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop executable strategies that take advantage of current strengths and position the company for long-term customer success.
  • Deliver new customer and market insights to influence key stakeholders and drive new courses of action.
  • Spend significant time with customers and non-customers to understand their needs and perspectives.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Market Research, and Segment Leadership to align strategies and execute tactics.
  • Participate in long-range strategic thinking on product development priorities to meet customer needs.
  • Understand the voice of the customer to refine and clarify value propositions for specific personas, use cases, and customer types.
  • Drive product innovation in partnership with multiple teams and functions.
  • Analyze and synthesize internal and external data to generate insights.
  • Demonstrate expertise on industry trends and be viewed as a thought leader in risk and fraud.
  • Create sales enablement content tailored to customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bring experience from the legal, risk, and fraud industries, specifically serving public agencies (Highly Preferred).
  • Have 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, product marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Possess an MBA (preferred).
  • Have a desire to test and learn, with an appetite for and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Understand commercial, competitive, technological, and strategic drivers shaping strategy.
  • Proficient in developing portfolio value propositions.
  • Able to drive a cross-functional team to achieve progress toward objectives.

Nice to Have

  • Experience serving public sector agencies in the legal, risk, and fraud industries.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategy consulting, product marketing, or related fields for 5+ years.
  • MBA (preferred).
