About the Role

The AWS Solutions team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive messaging, positioning, advocacy, product launches, and go-to-market strategies for new solutions. This role involves developing customer-centric narratives, delivering engaging experiences, and helping lead early market development efforts in the AI-powered technology space. The position offers the opportunity to partner closely with AWS executives, product managers, marketing, sales, and partners, and may be located in Austin, TX, San Francisco, CA, Santa Clara, CA, or Seattle, WA, with relocation offered within the US.

Key Responsibilities

Define positioning and messaging to customers.
Create compelling content to help customers understand use cases and value propositions.
Help define the product roadmap strategy.
Work with AWS customers to understand how they are deploying AWS Solutions.
Collaborate with executive leadership to champion bold, creative ideas.
Articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Work effectively across AWS groups such as engineering, marketing, sales, business development, and evangelists to achieve joint business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
Recent experience (past two years) launching net-new technology products and/or solutions, ideally in new categories.

Nice to Have

Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.
Master's degree.

Qualifications

Formal educational background including a bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred.
