Senior Project Manager with Quality Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with enterprise level product teams, technical leads, architects, subject matter experts, developers, technical support groups, and test teams to deliver test cases for test, staging, and production environments and add value to the business.
• Analyze complex business requirements along with Product teams, Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Developers, and Project teams to develop, refine, decompose the backlog epics and features into user stories and ensure tracking in Azure.
• Coordinate with Up-line and Downline streams applications team members to understand impacted areas and ensure the proper functioning of End-to-End flow.
• Participate in Daily Scrum Calls to update the EQA progress, issues, and concerns on work items and arrange grooming sessions for newly developed items.
• Participate in Sprint Review or Retrospective meetings to document best practices and lessons learned, and review test cases with technical and business teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Develop and execute automation test scripts using AccelQ, Excel Macro using VB, Selenium, and Java, and contribute to manual testing of various software applications in accordance with test cases to ensure quality.
• Make recommendations to enhance existing and new framework requirements/processes for more cost-effective products.
• Create test data using TDM tools and review with technical and business teams to ensure test data aligns with business requirements.
• Set up test environments by configuring test suites for execution in STAGE and PROD environments.
• Perform various testing types including Smoke, Integration, System, Functionality, End-to-End, Regression, and GUI testing for new and modified components.
• Conduct regular defect triage meetings with development and business teams to review showstoppers and review Sanity and Regression results logged in Azure.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or related occupation.
• At least 4 years of experience in software testing.
• At least 2 years of experience with Selenium with Java.
• Experience with SQL and Oracle DB.
• Six months of experience in using AI tools for generating and enhancing job descriptions is noted, but not a requirement.

• Experience in software testing, automation, and working with tools like Selenium, SQL, and Oracle DB.
