Job Description

About the Role

The Revenue Growth Manager will support revenue growth initiatives within Swire Coca-Cola, through strategic insights. Assigned to the Large Store group, the role involves analyzing, developing, and implementing the company's joint business plan to achieve gross profit targets in the large store channel of assigned Key Account plans and Geographic Regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep knowledge of the annual cycle of current volume & price by customer, pillar (designated geographic region), and package.
  • Develop a plan down to the customer, pillar, & package level for pricing, including all seasonal fluctuations and promotions to deliver the expected volume.
  • Include COGS in the model, understand the key elements deeply enough to identify issues and push back accordingly on Finance.
  • Include in the model advertising costs by customer, pillar & package level, including all seasonal fluctuations and promotions to achieve expected gross profit.
  • Perform price package analytics throughout the year to determine effectiveness of plans and adjust as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve business processes and procedures, providing key stakeholder input to commercialization and driving channel priorities.
  • Perform profitability analysis for assigned Large Store Channel Key Accounts plans, forecasting and planning leading weekly calls with KAMs to ensure forecasting accuracy.
  • Review regional price package plans for accuracy and profitability, develop plans to close gaps, and prepare presentations for the trade board to ensure plan implementation.
  • Align key stakeholders on pricing and retail strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar.
  • 4+ years of experience producing and analyzing sales and financial data to track sales operations, identify trends, develop projections, and create models.
  • Experience in creating volume and gross profit models or other revenue/pricing planning.
  • Experience with ERP sales & planning tools.
  • Experience in large project management preferred.
  • Experience with P&L drivers and financial and forecasting models such as ROI analysis and profit/loss statements.

Nice to Have

  • MBA preferred.
  • Beverage, CPG or retail experience preferred.
