Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives into social media objectives, enriched by proprietary benchmarks (best content/format, CPM/CTR/CPA in category, etc.)
  • Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification, including competitive analysis if applicable
  • Select platform and define role and objective of each one in the global plan
  • Define content amplification principles including segmentation and contextualization approach
  • Map all distribution segments per platform and associate budget needed based on KPI/objectives
  • Recommend the format and placement to be leveraged based on the campaign objectives and budget limitations
  • Define the right advertising pressure to achieve goals considering budget constraints
  • Establish general tagging strategy, including conversion tracking, page-level conversion rates, and re-engagement tactics
  • Develop the approach to custom targeting using available data and client knowledge
  • Integrate A/B testing and messaging matrix into strategies to optimize response rates
  • Prepare and present reporting for client/agency senior stakeholders based on performance drivers and KPIs
  • Evaluate execution resources needed and draft budget

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in social marketing with proven strategy development within social media
  • Understanding of client's business challenges and ability to connect them with social strategies
  • Expertise in social media and the wider digital communications landscape
  • Passion for the evolving digital/social media environment with a strong point of view
  • Research skills with the ability to generate data-based insights
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience applying social/digital media personally, with links to relevant social spaces if applicable
  • Previous experience in a social-oriented agency preferred
