About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a work stream focused on creating synergy between first-party and third-party social media strategies.
• Lead the evolution of retail partner social strategies globally, collaborating with regional leads.
• Support Channel Marketing Managers with social content best practices around key campaign moments.
• Maintain and update the Social Commerce and Global Influencer Strategy Playbooks.
• Facilitate global collaboration and share best practices across regions to enhance retail marketing capabilities.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of demonstrable experience in Social strategy, Content Strategy, and Integrated Marketing Campaigns.
• 5+ years of experience in partner, digital, or eCommerce marketing.
• 3+ years of experience working in a large and complex organization.
• Proven track record in leading social, influencer, and retail media network strategies at scale.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
